Venture The strategic innovation programme for the Internet of Things

Purpose and goal

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The project has created a good collaboration and innovation area for IoT-Sveriges hubs by building a data platform and offering IoT-Sveriges hubs to connect their sensors to it. During the project period, air and water sensors were tested. By measuring both Sweden and Chile together with representatives from both countries, the participants gained a greater knowledge of the problems and opportunities surrounding Internationalization of IoT. The project organized a conference in Chile on 27-28 November 2019.

Expected results and effects

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The project has created a greater knowledge of socially beneficial IoT and internationalization, and especially in Latin America, but much of the knowledge gained is deemed to be applicable to other regions. It is of great interest from both Swedish and Chilean representatives to be able to continue collaborations for both knowledge development and joint business within IoT. There is a desire to arrange a new conference similar to that conducted by the project in November.

Planned approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The project was divided into 6 work packages. There have been continuous meetings in the work packages and a large number of meetings where several work packages were involved at the same time. Project management has had reconciliation meetings with IoT-Sverige in order to continuously keep in touch with IoT-Sweden´s hubs and to receive feedback that the project follows IoT-Sverige´s intentions. Work on planning implementation and follow-up of a conference in November 2019 in Chile provided many opportunities for collaborations.

The project description has been provided by the project members themselves and the text has not been looked at by our editors.
