Important results from the project
* The project has largely generated results to the same extent as planned. * However, the results are not entirely the same as planned. Some goals that we set from the start have therefore not been met. On the other hand, results and goal fulfillments have been added that we did not anticipate when the project began. * We have created lasting networks and collaboration areas, both between the parties but also between individual researchers and even younger researchers.
Expected long term effects
* Existing networks and collaboration areas, as well as ongoing collaboration projects, can be expected to have long-term positive effects for research and development among the partners, and be important for the continued development of younger researchers. * Established contacts, networks and collaboration areas are crucial for the attractiveness of the partners, and important for obtaining new research grants.
Approach and implementation
* Project was implemented over 2.5 years. * At the beginning of the project, we were a new innovation environment. It took a long time to establish the environment and contacts between the parties, recruit staff and collect and coordinate research data. * The project was implemented with increasing collaboration between the parties and involved researchers over time. * AI development took great, unforeseen strides during the period. This had a great impact on the project and its priorities.
