Purpose and goal
The purpose of the project was to investigate the market potential and verify the intended business model with a potential customer. During the project we have been working on the B2B segment, but also found that consumer interest has been greater than expected. We have also worked close to a potential customer, which gave us new knowledge of the customer´s industry and its prerequisites. In order to make our offer more attractive, we will develop both a broader service focused on this particular customer challenge´s specific challenge as well as a product.
Expected results and effects
The outcome of the project were according to plan: we further developed the market conditions for the project and, above all, managed to work close to a customer that is an industry-leader. Thanks to that customer contact, doors to suppliers opened up. That means that we have the opportunity to create an efficient organization around this project and ensure necessary stability for upcoming products.
Planned approach and implementation
The project progressed according to plan: the first half was mainly about market research and verification of business model whilst the second part focused on working closely with a potential customer. The outcome of this first part of the project was relevant for the main question of next phase, which involved securing production development, innovation and delivery.
