Purpose and goal
The purpose of our project has been to reduce the barriers for people to apply for a new job. Therefore, with AI technology, our goal has been to transform thousands of jobs into simple questionnaires instead of having to attach CV´s and personal letters. We have been able to develop our system and our AI technology so that we now have questionnaires on several categories on the website. That was our big goal with the project, which we are happy to have achieved.
Expected results and effects
The result has so far been that we received thousands of job searches in a relatively short time with help of these questionnaires. The feedback we received has been positive and in line with what we wanted. We hope this will lead to more people who are further from the labor market, or having difficulty with the language and so on - now easier can apply for a job under 1 minute.
Planned approach and implementation
Our developers have had a great focus on completing the AI algorithm that will autogenerate unique questions for each job advertisement. To their assistance, we have had ongoing contact with our partners to constantly improve the AI algorithm and get the questions as relevant as possible. Here we have had more focus on development than research, which was more than we thought from the beginning.
