Important results from the project

With the ambition to change the way we buy second-hand horse equipment and drive sustainability in equestrian sports, we set the goal of developing a technologically advanced platform powered by data. We’ve built a marketplace that, through our tailored recommendation models, offers a personalized and precise user experience. After thorough testing in real environments, we are now ready to launch and demonstrate how technology can make second-hand the obvious choice for a sustainable future in equestrian sports.

Expected long term effects

We knew that technology could make second-hand trading in equestrian sports more appealing, so we set out to create a platform that makes choosing second-hand as easy and inspiring as buying new. Now, we’ve developed a solution that makes second-hand shopping smarter and more enjoyable. With this goal achieved, we are ready to launch and set a new standard for sustainability in equestrian sports. We expect this will change how the industry views consumption, leading more people to choose second-hand as their first choice.

Approach and implementation

From the outset, we have worked in an agile and goal-oriented manner to develop a platform that combines user-friendliness with sustainability in equestrian sports. By iterating rapidly and adapting to user feedback, we have progressively refined the platform´s functionality and design. Every decision has been driven by insights and thorough analysis, ensuring that we address the true needs of the market. This strategy has resulted in a robust, user-centric solution that is now ready for launch.
