Important results from the project

The project goals: "Work towards developing user interfaces based on customer needs, increasing the product´s attractiveness with customers and reducing the delivery time for early customers." The goal was set with the background that it is a key success factor for the company to sell a first system to a customer. Through the activities in the project, we have developed user interfaces, reduced the delivery time and increased the product´s attractiveness, mainly by being able to make demonstration images. We believe that the goals have been achieved to a great extent.

Expected long term effects

The activities within the project have had a significant positive impact on our ability to sell the first X-ray systems to customers. We expect to be able to secure an initial sale of an X-ray system within the next few months after the end of the project.

Approach and implementation

The project was divided into five activities, all in different ways aimed at strengthening our ability to sell a first X-ray system. The activities have been carried out well and the goals have been achieved. One difficulty proved to be to assess the time required to carry out the activities, specifically that demonstration scans have taken up more time. However, the demonstration scans have contributed strongly to goal fulfillment and thus been well-invested time.
