Important results from the project

The goals of the project were to: 1. Conduct iterative testing of our solution at SMF 2. Verify the need for our solution at SMF 3. Build understanding of our service at SMF and secure continued commitment to the development of our service at SMF All of these three objective have been met within the framework of the project.

Expected long term effects

Expected effects were: "The technical deliverable from the project is a specification for the new product. The business deliverable is an analysis of the various business cases that are viable for the product". Both results have been achieved during the project and developed further through continuation projects. In these projects, the technical requirements have been the basis for further development of the product together with a third party, and that the initial results within the business models have been further developed together with another third party.

Approach and implementation

The approach of iterative tests and close dialogue with our potential customers has worked well and given us good feedback. We have both been able to confirm parts of our tool that are worth developing further, as well as received feedback that made us choose not to focus on other things that did not have as much customer value. In general, the process of continuous dialogue has enabled us to meet all three project goals through an integrated process.
