Important results from the project
The project, together with participants and coaches, has developed digital support for the participant´s journey towards employment or education. The project has resulted in digital empowerment for the participant who via a mobile app receives support to carry out activities and fulfill their subgoals. The coach provides support and follows the participant when needed through his/her digital tool which is an important complement to the coach´s work.
Expected long term effects
The participant´s mobile app shows a goal, subgoals and activities that the participant has decided together with his/her coach based on his/her conditions and needs. The coach provides feedback through the digital tool via computer or phone that can be seen in the participant´s mobile app. An employer at an internship can also participate. The participant can chat with their coach and employer for additional support. The digital support is a friend in your pocket that facilitates the journey towards employment or education for both participants and coaches.
Approach and implementation
Through user-driven development, the project has created digital functions based on the needs and wishes of participants and coaches. Users have seen their wishes realized after each meeting, which has contributed to a high level of commitment throughout the project. Many have said that participation in the project has created an energy that has led to empowerment. The different perspectives of the project partners have contributed to the good result. The project has also led to knowledge on how the result meets GDPR.
