Important results from the project

The purpose of the project was to verify our industrial textile dyeing machine Dye-Max in industrial production. The overall goal was that Dye-Max after the project would be ready to be launched in Europe and Turkey. Both the purpose of project and the overall goal are achieved. This is best illustrated by the below anonymized quote from one of our customers who is now about to invest in Dye-Max: "The dyeing you performed on our fabrics has met with enormous success in xxxx, both by the stylistic office and by the management."

Expected long term effects

The result of the project is that we are in commercial discussions with eight customers about the implementation of Dye-Max in their production. The effect of this is that we are in the process of growing the organization and are currently looking for two new employees.

Approach and implementation

Activity one and two in the project, which included contracting a project partner and ordering a machine adapted to the customer, went faster than expected. This was partly due to the prevailing pandemic, forced us to focus on finding a partner in Sweden. From a commercial perspective this was not ideal but from a practical perspective it filled its purpose. The specific production of our project partner has meant that activity three "implementation" has taken longer than expected. The open house that was planned in activity four could not be carried out due to the pandemic.
