Important results from the project
The goals of the project has been reached. A first version of a work model for external collaboration has been develop. Both has the process itself been developed but also has network between company and university been improved and knowledge and understanding has been attained and shared.
Expected long term effects
A first version of a work process for external collaboration has been developed. It needs to be tested and developed further in full scale environment (TRL 7-9) after this project. The process itself expects to give better selection of projects and better project management during the projects. There are also expectations of improvements outside the process as about portfolio management and knowledge management.
Approach and implementation
The setup and the carry out for the project has worked well. The second phase in the project about model selection become different than planned. The plan was to select a more complete model but during the project the model was created and built up step by step there decisions and choices in one step effected the degree of freedom in the next. The project has also been carried out in parallel with other internal, close by, activities which has improved the results.
