Important results from the project
The primary purpose of this project has been to develop a prototype of the service with the purpose of testing it on the market with the goal of validating the customer need and strengthen the possibility of securing future funding. The result of the project is a service that has been well adopted by the customers and that a scalable business model has been developed that has started to generate the first revenue. The combination of these two factors have strengthened Clings possibility to in the future either sustain the business on its own revenue or through external investments.
Expected long term effects
The project has resulted in a platform that enables a structured documentation of agreements before and during a construction project. Also the ability to share project information between project members with different authorities has been developed. The effect has been new collaborations, traction and a generated backlog of customer feedback that will work as a foundation for future development.
Approach and implementation
The project has followed the planned process specified in the project application. Through telephone interviews, physical meetings and with the use of digital analytic it was possible to gather feedback from test customers both before, during and after prototype development. With an iterative development approach and the showcase of mock-ups test customers have continuously been involved in the process. In retrospect it has been from a customer and development perspective a successful project.
