Important results from the project

The goal was: Developed and verified a platform for collaboration and secure communication between professionals and support seekers in cases of domestic violence. We have achieved the technical results that were set. However, customers have chosen to drop out at the last minute to join another product delivered by another supplier to the public sector.

Expected long term effects

Some important insights that emerged during the project: - Sweden isn´t a large enough market for us, we need to look abroad. - We need to focus on secure communication. - We have gained a larger network of contacts that creates opportunities for new paths.

Approach and implementation

The project was implemented with all strategic objective and activities fulfilled. For the technical development, all objective are fulfilled. We have learned a lot about the market and what adjustments we need to make to succeed in the right market. The market has fluctuated several times during the project, which has created challenges, but which can be managed through pivoting.
