Purpose and goal
The project aims to develop and commercialize a universal, affordable, and independent solution for battery health diagnostics in used electric vehicles. The goal is to create a market-ready mobile application that, via an OBD-II dongle and AI-based cloud analytics, provides reliable health reports to enhance transparency and trust in the used EV market.
Expected effects and result
The project is expected to result in a validated, market-ready solution with paying customers and established partnerships. The outcomes will increase transparency, reduce risk, and accelerate the adoption of used EVs—supporting the circular economy and the transition to sustainable mobility in Sweden and globally.
Planned approach and implementation
The project will be executed in three work packages: (1) technology development and refinement, (2) pilot testing and validation, and (3) commercialization and market expansion. The work is led by the founders with support from external consultants and pilot partners, following a clear plan with objectives, milestones, and continuous evaluation to ensure results.
