Purpose and goal

The main goal for this project was to develop and validate a version of Athlete Analyzer designed for Ju Jutsu, in collaboration with the Swedish Ju Jutsu federation. The project was a success, the goal is fulfilled and we now have a Beta-version used by the Swedish national Ju Jutsu team.

Expected results and effects

The project´s expected results have been met. A version of Athlete Analyzer for Ju Jutsu has been developed and validated by the test team consisting of representatives from four different national teams in Europe. We have good prospects of achieving the expected effect of having three different national teams in Europe as reference customers within one year and commencing further market penetration against other clubs and clubs in Europe.

Planned approach and implementation

The project consisted of three different work packages; Requirements elitation, Development and Test / Validation of a version of Athlete Analyzer for Ju Jutsu. All work packages have been implemented according to plan. The budget exceeded slightly for Test / Validation but within manageable limits, as a redistribution was possible due to reduced travel costs against plan. Cooperation between project participants has been excellent, which was a prerequisite for a successful project.
