Important results from the project

We believe that the project´s aim and objective been fulfilled well. Aqvify was installed with about twenty pilot users - most were installed by Aqvify, but some of the users themselves. Very important information could be obtained in everything from installation instructions, explanations in the app, configuration of the gateway and construction of hardware. We also received, through surveys and interviews, good outcome for understanding customers´ actual needs and input for the pricing model.

Expected long term effects

We are very pleased with the results and the effects we have been able to realize. Thanks to the project, we have been able to make Aqvify commercially viable. Important development has been made in all expected areas; next generation hardware, customer needs, installation, needs for new / developed functions, backend support and business model. The product now has the desired stability. Users appreciate Aqvify´s features and give the overall rating 4.8 out of 5 (!) - and they constantly provide us with more ideas!

Approach and implementation

Unsurprisingly, some parts took significantly more time than planned - e.g. app design and computing / optimization. Going out to customers and installing Aqvify in their wells was very rewarding; for understanding how installations / instructions can be optimized, and for valuable dialogues directly in a physical meetings with the users. The work was carried out very focused and with long days to be able to reach the market during the important summer season. The project steps could therefore be completed as early as July - while continued hard work will continue for a long time to come.
