Purpose and goal

In large organizations, knowledge often gets stuck in people’s heads and hard-to-navigate documents, and doesn’t turn into concrete behaviors in customer interactions. The uneven distribution of knowledge and skills leads to lower customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and productivity. Our goal is to develop an AI-based “knowledge engine” with voice-based AI agents that extract, transform, and distribute knowledge and skills in a semi-automated and engaging way.

Expected effects and result

A more effective dissemination of knowledge and skills is expected to lead to: - New hires becoming confident in their roles more quickly and reaching full productivity - All employees being better equipped to succeed at work - Increased employee engagement and satisfaction - Reduced staff turnover, in some industries Taken together, this is expected to result in better-functioning organizations, workplaces, and processes—and higher productivity.

Planned approach and implementation

The project will be carried out in three parallel workstreams: 1. Technical development of the AI solution and creation of a product that is attractive to primary users and meets stringent data security requirements. 2. Pilot projects in three suitable organizations to identify, measure, and document the value created. 3. A plan to scale processes for customer acquisition, delivery, support, etc., enabling rapid expansion if the pilot projects are successful.
