Addressing as a Service
Purpose and goal
We´re developing a fully functional app prototype for business users, and implement a process for continuous evaluation of user app behaviour capturing the most success driving growth factors. Furthermore, we´re developing a new business service for predictive market- and sale strategies which can be offered independently to organisations entering the East African markets.
Expected results and effects
Demonstration of business profiles leading to reduced delivery costs, more efficient deliveries, increased customer satisfaction, increased sales for our B2B customers, as well as new business customers. We have an efficient method and process to evaluate app user behaviour to focus our development resources to the factors which create the highest business value. A new product concept for predictive analysis for market- and sales strategies, based on anonymised and aggregate use data.
Planned approach and implementation
Local business developers lead the evaluation project in collaboration with the Swedish team, users and project partners. The work consists of three parts: WP1 Business profiles and address verification WP2 Process for UX evaluation incl. first test WP3 New product concept: Market analysis and Business Intelligence
