Within this project, first demo data to engage future customers should be generated and an IP-strategy that guide In Singulo Solutions on how to best secure the developed intellectual property with respect to the planned future business development. Within the project we created the demo data as intended and developed different business development scenarios. Driven by that in close collaboration with our patent consultant we developed an IP-strategy that provides good protection and best flexibility for the future business development and started to execute our IP-strategy.
Expected long term effects
The demo data provides an excellent foundation to engage potential customers. Guided by our IP-strategy and the already submitted patent we are able to share information openly with potential customers and attract them to our services. Furthermore, with the patent application submitted it will be easier to attract investors. With the patent submission we exceeded our goals within this project.
Approach and implementation
The project was executed according to plan and did not result in any unexpected events. In retrospective analysis the generation of the demo data required more time as anticipated. By focusing more resources on the project, it could be completed within the expected timeline.
