What is the offer about?

Established and in-depth partnerships are crucial for innovation-promoting and scalable working methods, models and solutions. This in turn is crucial for a sustainable society to achieve the goals of Agenda 2030.

A new work area at Vinnova, Transformative public sector and civil society, has begun to take shape in 2021. The purpose is to strengthen the organizations' innovative capacity and opportunity to collaborate for system innovation.

Most of the challenges that exist in society today are not limited to a sector or a certain type of actor group. Solving complex societal challenges and implementing Agenda 2030 requires collaboration across sectors.

With this call for proposals, we want to strengthen civil society's conditions for co-creating, establishing or further developing innovative solutions in cross-sectoral collaboration. We also want to strengthen the organizations' ability to create long-term collaboration and partnerships in order to be able to scale and implement the solutions.

It is you who apply in the call who defines the societal challenge, describes your innovation and which actors must together be involved and collaborate in order to succeed in developing, introducing and disseminating it. We want to support the development of new solutions, and create conditions for them to be able to contribute to changing structures and entire systems in the long run.
