Innovation management services for innovative, sustainable and climate neutral cities
This is an offer of funding where actors are given the opportunity to together develop and offer different types of innovation management services. These services should be directed to municipalities and their partners in order to make a strong contribution to the work towards innovative, sustainable and climate-neutral cities.

What can you apply for?
Development and adaptation of innovation management services. These services may include new methods, tools and models for innovation management with particular relevance to this area. During the project, the services will be offered and used by municipalities and their partners in the form of, for example, process and method support, mapping and coaching and facilitation.
Who can apply?
All legal entities, such as companies, idea-based organizations and research organizations, who together have the competence to develop and provide innovation management services. The project is to be implemented by an actor constellation of at least three actors.
How much can you apply for?
The maximum grant for the project funded in the call for proposal is 5 500 000 kr. The total budget may be larger than the assumption that participating actors goes into co-financing.
The coordinating party may apply for a maximum of 40 percent of the total grant received by the project and other parties may apply for a maximum of 30 percent of the total grant.

What is the offer about?
This call for proposals is based on an inventory (of 15 existing municipal projects) about the need for innovation management support implemented by Vinnova and the Strategic innovation program Viable Cities. Applications in this call for proposals must clearly relate to the needs picture and the scheme for innovation management support described in the call for proposals. The call for proposal will result in a supported project where several actors together develop and provide innovation management services to the 15 municipal projects. The call for proposal is therefore aimed at actors who can conceivably support municipalities and not the municipalities themselves. The project will be designed, executed and developed in close dialogue with Vinnova and Viable Cities.
Matchmaking
During the application period, an information meeting with the possibility of so-called matchmaking will be arranged where potential applicant can find each other and exchange ideas and proposals for project plans. There, some of the Municipal projects will participate to describe their needs themselves. Interested applicant in the call for proposal will, during matchmaking, be given the opportunity to pitch their ideas during the meeting.

Please keep in mind that it takes time to complete an application. Filling in the templates can take several days, since they're based on analyses you need to do. Therefore, start the application well in advance. You can start filling in your details, then save and continue at a later time.
When you've completed your application, please mark it as done ("klar"). You can unlock and make changes to your application at any time until the call closes. If you unlock your application, you must mark it as done ("klarmarkera") if you want the application registered when the call closes.
This happens when the call for proposal closed
Once your proposal registered, we will send a confirmation to the person responsible for the user account as well as to the project manager and company signer. This may take a few hours after the call for proposal closes.
When the call for proposal closed, you cannot change or fill in any new information. Then you can only complete your proposal if we ask for it.
Who can read your proposal ?
Applications submitted to us become general documents. But we do not disclose information about the business, inventions or research results if it can be assumed that someone is suffering financial damage if the information is shown.
This means that we must disclose the documents if someone requests them. But we secretly disclose the information that we believe could cause financial harm if disclosed.
