Important results from the project

Yes, the goals were met, however, the end goal is an approved proposal and it is too early to say whether it will be approved or not. I think the project has contributed to a greater understanding of our business model as we have had to think carefully. We have worked through many important documents that the company has with it for the future.

Expected long term effects

An approved proposal would mean a lot to our company as we are a small company working on an innovation for an advanced industry with long lead times and a strong focus on research and development. An approved proposal would mean that the company gets the "lift" it needs to become commercially viable.

Approach and implementation

We have implemented the project through workshops, clear instructions. There has been a leading project manager who has kept the work going. We have done a lot online but also met IRL. Leading consulting partners have summarized points and work packages that we have then worked together to develop.
