Important results from the project
A 60 GHz radar sensor has been developed that well stand up to the requirements in the project. The radar sensor has two form factors: wall mounted and as a light bulb. A cloud service has been developed where the application signal processing is performed.
Expected long term effects
With the development of the RayVS1 vital sign sensor and its services the goal of this project has been well reached. The sensor has the following Functions: Measure - Distans to an object (sub mm precision) - Speed of an object - Position of a person in a room - Respiration rate of a person in a room - Heart rate of a person in a room - Speed of walking of a person in a room
Approach and implementation
In the project a number of work packages has been performed: - Hardware design - Software design - Development of quasi optic elements - Development of cloud service.
