Purpose and goal
The project goal was to verify various aspects of the company Drinor in order to increase market presence, and to take the next step in technology. The purpose of the grant was to develop a market strategy and to implement improvement measures to reach this goal. Technically, it was largely about verifying the process, but above all it was about the process needed to take the next step through the procurement of competence and to protect the company legally.
Expected results and effects
A market strategy and a market plan have been produced, and a plan taking the company to its next level. Among others the following was conducted - updated website, visual identity, marketing materials and communication strategy. The technology has been verified & secured, enabling the next stage of development. Drinor has now started the construction of a first full-scale pilot. Legal assurance of know-how and capital structure has been implemented. Drinor can take next step in its development. The technique will be industrially verified and an increased market presence established
Planned approach and implementation
The project has been implemented in close cooperation with of Inova´s business advisors. Drinor has received support and guidance during the project. Especially when it comes to setting strategies and the procurement of experts participating in the project. Together we have made a significant contribution to the company´s development, where the focus and the implemented parts have been very successful. Drinor have got a lot out of the grant and that has led to large increases in value in the company.
