Important results from the project

The project´s goal has been to validate and optimize the business model linked to the digital solution that was developed in prototype form during the project in step 1, and which was further developed during the project in step 2. Through in-depth user testing, and market testing with various stakeholders, valuable insights have been gathered both in terms of the solution´s future development and how the solution is to be commercialized to be attractive to a broad user group and market. The project is thus considered to have fulfilled its stated goal.

Expected long term effects

The digital prototype that was developed during step 1 has in the project in step 2 been further developed in terms of functionality and interaction design, and the solution´s content and services has been broadened. The solution has been user and market tested, which has enabled a so-called product roadmap and a plan for how the solution shall be commercialized, in the near future, to a broad user group and market. The project in step 2 has thus given the solution good conditions to reach a paying market in the near future.

Approach and implementation

The project has generally proceeded in accordance with the established project plan, even if the Corona pandemic naturally has meant that certain activities have had to be carried out digitally instead of through physical meetings. The solution´s digital nature, and the ability of all stakeholders to adapt to the situation, has, however, contributed to that the pandemic´s impact on the project´s implementation has been relatively small. All in all, the project´s implementation means that it is finished with very good conditions for continued development of the solution.
