Important results from the project
Purpose and goal - fulfillment * The project MyNeeds´ goal is to reach out to a market through a web-based customer protal where customers can utilize the tool to suit their needs. The main goal of the project with MyNeeds has been the web-based customer protal and the testing of the web-based customer portal to customers.

Results and expected impacts - outcomes * A successful project will now give great effects. Our customers now have access to the tool MyNeeds twenty-four ours of the day regardless of geographic location. - Market opportunities, we have now reached a global market with the tool thanks to the web-based portal. Personalexperten has implemented many customer meetings, had a great response and many are now interested of buying and testing the tool. - Intellectual property right/IP, the tool MyNeeds is now trademarked. - The customer portal now allows customers to test the tool MyNeeds.
Approach and implementation
1 Marketing opportunities, Personalexperten AB has implimented many customer meetings with corporate executives/HR, both in Umeå and its surroundings and in Stockholm. The tool MyNeeds has been tested on several customers and then a follow-up and evaluation of the results has been made. 2. Business structure, the brand MyNeeds will be corporatised and places in a newly formed company. 3. Staff structure, identify key competencies which will be needed as the tool MyNeeds grows. 4. Future funding, identify future needs for capital addition. 5. IP, it is secured by trademark protection.
