Important results from the project
We have, among other things. - Expanded our team - Designed and made demoboards of the board for serial-production. - Established cooperations with manufacturers - Established distribution contacts - Created a brand - Prepared for the launch this spring and have established good PR-contacts
Expected long term effects
We will launch the product in late spring with for example a launch-video with professional filmmakers and we have several interesting collaborations in the pipeline to get a good spread of the launch.
Approach and implementation
We have implemented the goals we had except that we have changed our launch strategy and initial sales strategy.
