Purpose and goal

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** SWATAB has submitted and received a proposal approved according to Horizon 2020 SME Instruments phase 1. The purpose of the grant applied for was to submit a complete proposal within phase 2. A full phase 2 proposal was submitted via the application portal in January 2020 and we thus consider the goal achieved. However, the proposal did not reach all the way and we will therefore in March submit a new revised and supplemented proposal.

Expected results and effects

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Proposal was not approved and we did not reach the goal of getting an invitation to pitch to the jury in Brussels. Therefore, a second attempt with a revised proposal will be submitted in March. However, this will happen after the time frame for the project has been reached.

Planned approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The layout and implementation has worked well. The company that was hired has done a good job, although it did not reach all the way forward. This round of applications was greatly reduced and only a few applications passed the examination. In this round, the focus was also on companies that were at a lower TRL level than SWATAB. We also felt that we set the level of ambition in what we wanted to achieve in the proposal at a too high level. This therefore requires a revision and this has begun.
