Purpose and goal

Triple Steelix shall - with steel as a base - promote increased growth and attractiveness. During the period, annually about 60 research projects were initiated. About 500 pilot studies have been carried out. Procedures for process control decisions for larger projects (125 000 SEK / projects) has been around since 2007 and since then over 70 such projects have been implemented. The larger projects with an extent of over 125 000 sec - 800 000, determined by the Board has been over 60 during the period.

Planned approach and implementation

Triple Steelix main task has been to promote the renewal process and create an ´infrastructure´ between business, government and academia, which is able to intercept and support new innovative ideas in the process from idea to market. Triple Steelix has won trust that has contributed to increased collaboration between the actors in the entire system and thus the flow of knowledge. Triple Steelix has created legitimacy and confidence in our work and become a natural partner in the innovation and development projects. This leads to results both at the corporate level and in the system.
