Important results from the project

The project goals were achieved. During the trip, new contacts were made and the company was represented in the European market. Several contacts have led to ongoing partnership discussions. In the long term, this will strengthen our presence in Europe. As a small company, we see opportunities to collaborate with larger firms and to serve clients needing research and development. Greater awareness may also attract European clients to Sweden.

Expected long term effects

The trip laid the foundation for future growth in Europe. New contacts were made, several of which have led to ongoing collaboration talks. In the long term, we see increasing opportunities to work with larger European companies, focusing on R&D and specialized solutions. Greater visibility is also expected to attract new clients from across Europe to Sweden.

Approach and implementation

The grant was awarded to cover travel expenses for the Silicon Saxony Days trip. During the visit, meetings were also planned at X-Fab and two evening events with industry representatives from the Saxony region and conference participants. All events resulted in constructive dialogue beneficial to both parties. Numerous new contacts were made, and prospects were discussed, leading to ongoing discussions.
