Important results from the project

Our objective of achieving a better understanding of Singapore as a market, as well as contributing to environmental-technical solutions, we believe has definitely been fulfilled. We see both our and other parts of the delegation´s efforts as important for creating awareness for sustainable solutions. Company-specific, the opportunity was also given to verify the market on an overall level, together with relevant stakeholders who clearly prove the need for solutions to optimize water use.

Expected long term effects

Early on in the completed project, we see it as difficult to draw any concrete long-term effects from the project. Everything starts with awareness and planting a seed regarding e.g. our solutions. During the course of the project, we were able to clearly verify a need, but in the long term it is about implementing this need. We hope to see long-term effects such as an improved relationship and understanding of Swedish companies, as well as its opportunity for international expansion.

Approach and implementation

The implementation of the project was very intensive during the actual implementation, but also largely consisted of preparatory work. We as a company focused a lot before departure on scouting the market and counterparties so we clearly understand potential and input values. The implementation was incredibly well executed in terms of relevance, schedule and execution. All counterparties were incredibly friendly and helpful, and even though there were intense days, the execution felt seamless.
