Important results from the project

The aim of the visit was to investigate whether Singapore could be a potential market for Théa, and this was confirmed by our participation at the fair. During the event, I had the opportunity to meet the right customer group for market analysis as well as establish contact with potential investors and distributors in the F&B sector. In addition, Théa gained exposure, which led to valuable meetings with key people and potential partners that are essential for the next stage of our expansion.

Expected long term effects

We got to see that the potential for Théa is enormous, enabling us to take the step towards global expansion earlier than planned. With the help of the key contacts that were established during the fair, we can begin our establishment in Southeast Asia. This would not only open up new markets but also strengthen Théa´s position as a global, Scandinavian brand.

Approach and implementation

Market analysis: Conducted a survey to collect feedback on the taste and design of Théa. Provided valuable insights into how the product is received in the market. Market fit: Beverage distributors and investors showed great interest during the fair. They appreciated the unique concept and the potential and the market gap that Théa fills. Logistics: Established contact with representatives from logistics companies that specialize in sending goods between Sweden and Singapore.
