Important results from the project

GAIA has deepened contacts with the partner company and also agreed to carry out joint tests. In addition, GAIA has been given the opportunity to meet other interesting companies. GAIA has also acquired better knowledge of the Brazilian market via meetings with Business Sweden and other companies arranged by Ignite Sweden, as well as having self-booked meetings. Based on the above, GAIA believes that the goals set at the start of the project have been met in a very satisfactory manner.

Expected long term effects

Having established contacts with Brazilian companies, and also gaining a better image of the Brazilian market, GAIA expects to be better equipped to continue the work of establishing a customer base in Brazil. The ambition/hope is that in the long term this will lead to collaborations with one or more actors in the Brazilian market regarding sales and development.

Approach and implementation

The project plan - to meet a number of interesting Brazilian companies within the framework of Ignite Swedens´s arrangements, conduct study visits to various interesting entities, such as incubators, Business Sweden, etc. - was followed with good precision. Minor adjustments to the program were made to better accomodate the external parties´ timetables, but all program items were carried out in an excellent manner. One customer meeting was moved outside of the program to the following week.
