Important results from the project

The project has fulfilled our goals by providing concrete insights into Silicon Valley´s networks and working methods. The mentorship and workshops have improved our ability to attract investors, while new connections with other Nordic startups have provided valuable perspectives on international growth. Experiencing the innovation environment firsthand was particularly rewarding and has strengthened our strategy for global expansion.

Expected long term effects

The long-term effects of the project are significant for our path towards Series A and continued growth. With an established foothold in the American ecosystem and deeper understanding of Silicon Valley dynamics, we are better positioned to attract larger investments. Our participation in TINC was a natural step in our ambition to build the next Swedish unicorn, and the connections and insights gained will be crucial on this journey.

Approach and implementation

The project was conducted with four weeks of evening online sessions, followed by physical presence in Palo Alto. The structure suited our operations well as evening sessions allowed for regular work. Mentorship was flexible and structured, with freedom to shape the content. The time spent in Silicon Valley provided the greatest value through spontaneous meetings that cannot be achieved remotely. An unexpected positive outcome was the close relationships developed with other Nordic startups.
