Important results from the project
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The project´s aim has been to develop TH´s simulation and test environments in order to be able to produce more efficient MMIC receivers and antennas for satellites. During the project, Omnisys has demonstrated its strength in the area and is now developing a satellite receiver for weather monitoring in collaboration with several international parties. In this project, the developed methods and environments are of obvious importance
Expected long term effects
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** During the final phase of the project, Omnisys Instruments has become a wholly owned subsidiary of AAC Clyde Space. AAC develops complete satellite platforms and also sells data from its own satellites Through the acquisition of Omnisys, the instrument for weather and climate monitoring can now also be offered.
Approach and implementation
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The work has been carried out in collaboration with Chalmers Tekniska Högskola within their GHz Center and has led to even more contact between industry and research environments.
