Important results from the project
The project has developed and contributed with coaching, tools and knowledge to 1) Increase the influx of women and non-binar 2) Change attitudes 3) Develop financing forms. All three goals have been achieved according to participating organizations. Packaging of program, tools and methods has taken place and is available online. Anchoring, dissemination, and implementation of these advances with the opportunity to influence more organizations to join and use the methods after the completed project.
Expected long term effects
Internal gender equality and inclusion work has taken place at all participating innovation promoters. This has helped all participants feel that they have received methods and tools that have led to increased inflow, increased awareness, changed attitudes, internal processes, strategic decisions, measures, developed working methods, initiatives and offers. The work has also led to increased interest from innovation promoters actors on national and international level. 6 organizations are attending an upcoming program after project completion.
Approach and implementation
The project was carried out in accordance with the project plan, which focused on method development and local support for partners. Through anchoring of needs analysis, external activities and implementation of method material through exchange of experience, coaching and an overall experimental approach. Anchoring, implementation, and follow-up have been ongoing. Communication regarding the implementation of the project has been carried out on an ongoing basis through physical and digital activities which have led to national and international interest and dissemination.
