Purpose and goal
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Our project was to investigate whether our in-house production platform “PS” could be rebuilt and sold to external customers in the sound studio industry, a completely new service to a new international target group. During this project, we have received strong confirmation of this. We have made the necessary adjustments to create a SaaS solution from PS and adjusted the offer after customer feedback. Now everything technical and legal is in place, and we can begin to aproach the market.
Expected results and effects
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** We expected that during the project some progress will have been made regarding tests with pilot customers, but which, for reasons we could not control, has been postponed until 2020. We have seen great interest from everyone who has seen PS. Now that we can fully focus on the sales and marketing phase, we expect three to four customers in 2020, and at least five more customers in 2021. This may result in new employees already this year.
Planned approach and implementation
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** In retrospect, we can conclude that we were somewhat naive about how much work is needed to launch a brand new division, product and towards a new market for us. We should sooner have realized the risk of selling and operating a service through our existing brand Online Voices (to our international industry colleagues), as we can be perceived as their competitor. Otherwise, much has gone according to plan. We are incredibly pleased to have received a brand new service, and an extra brand in such a short time; Wide Media.
