Purpose and goal
The purpose of the project is to explore and map needs, success factors and prerequisites for building and implementing the Outcomes Lab, a catalyst for municipalities that promote and facilitate new outcome-based working methods and financing models to optimize health and well-being for residents.
The system problem addressed is the need for the transition from activities to
outcomes.
Expected effects and result
An expected results is a clear and feasible model for the Outcomes Lab that can increase knowledge, capacity, development and implementation of outcome-based work and financing models in municipalities. The project also expects to mobilize, from a systems perspective, at least ten municipalities, twenty civil society organizations, two universities and two government agencies that see value in and want to join the construction of the Outcomes Lab and together want to establish it.
Planned approach and implementation

Conducting "pop up labs" to identify important thematic areas and desired outcomes to optimize young people´s health and well-being for good future prospects.
Developing a concept for the Outcome Lab and mobilizing actors who want to join a testbed for the outcome lab in the next step.
The work is organized in traditional work packages in which the project partners participate.
