Important results from the project
The purpose was to get new ideas about potential applications for the enesca battery. The goal of the project was to 1) get new ideas for applications and 2) inform the general youth about the enesca battery and have them think about future energy storage.
Expected long term effects
Not fully satisfactory results with about fifty proposals, with forty unique. Though the secondary objective is considered successful.
Approach and implementation
The competition was comunicated thru: Magazins Uppsala university network for students Teknikföretagen Museum of technology Presentations at schools StudentCompetition (~1600 exposures) A web portal was produced where instructions could be downloaded and contributions could be uploaded. Additional inforamtion was linked to www.energyscandinavia.eu. A collarboration with SF was established giving additional ~1000 exposures.
