Venture Test beds for society´s challenges

Purpose and goal

Testbädd Omsorgsfull AI aims to promote and accelerate the development of AI-driven solutions within healthcare by offering companies the opportunity to quickly and safely test solutions in early development stages. To ensure quality, assessments are made of the solutions ethical, legal and information security aspects as well as a screening from a gender equality perspective and help in formulating a test plan. Thus the time in the test bed really provides valuable information that reduces risk and speeds up the development process.

Expected effects and result

Testbädd Omsorgsfull AI is designed to level up, sharpen and accelerate the work done in development companies. Faster and more qualitative information during development reduces costs and risks, which leads to more and better solutions overall. For the benefit of our the elderly and disabled, for our companies and for society at large. In the long term, it is about creating a self-financing model for how municipal actors can open up their activities and collaborate more effectively with the business community in innovation work.

Planned approach and implementation

Testbädd Omsorgsfull AI is not primarily a physical place, its value delivery instead consists of four pillars. + A comprehensive database of volunteer testers in the relevant target groups. + A full-time Test Bed Coordinator with the task of carrying out the test activities on site. + Clear and transparent processes, detailed support documents and templates. + Linked expert groups for assessment of the test project based on aspects such as ethics, information security, law, gender equality
