Important results from the project
We have created a test bed to support the development of solutions where people can help others in e-services digital powers of attorney. Purpose: - use demo services and API:s to get an insight on how digital power of attorneys could work, - understand how the production solution is used - give feedback The news about the launch of the test bed has been published and 23 stakeholder have reached out to us shortly after. One actor has connected to the test bed and uses digital powers of attorney all the way, i.e. the infrastructure concept has been tested and works. Another actor is connecting soon.
Expected long term effects
The test bed has greatly contributed to understanding and developing solution patterns for Mina ombud, the national infrastructure for powers of attorney. The testbed facilitates concrete discussions with the public and private sector. The test bed is also used to connect stakeholders before production. There is an interest in the accounting sector and municipalities. Several have signaled readiness to want to join the production service. Feedback is captured continuously. The test bed continues at the Swedish Companies Registration Office until Mina ombud goes into production.
Approach and implementation
The project has been broken down into a milestone plan. The information model sets the standard for information dissemination. The test bed team includes an IT architect, lawyer, security expert, developers and business developers. The requisites for the testbed were gathered with stakeholders. Iteratively developed: - demo services and flows for power of attorney - test data - APIs - power of attorney templates in cooperation with different actors - Simulated related services (log-in with BankID, signature service and notification) - a login service for testers
