Purpose and goal
The aim of the project was to get needed expertise to identify and analyse the company´s existing and possible IP. Strategic analysis. Overall plan for Tangars IP-strategi in the short and longer term. Tangar was helped by a patent office to in this project and jave now has a good base for its IP strategy in the short and longer term. The goals have thus been met.
Expected results and effects
Tangar was assisted by AWA Patent to implement this project and resulting in an IP strategy in the short and longer term. By acquiring expert expertise in this area, Tangar has the opportunity to work in a structured way along with the IP strategy that strengthens the company´s competitiveness.
Planned approach and implementation
Tangar hired AWA patent for the assignment, consisting of three main deliveries and documentation of these: - Identify and analyse the company´s existing and possible IP - Strategic analysis - Overall plan for Tangars IP-strategi in the short and longer term
