Syclen1: System change & development in the value chain - Net Zero Demonstrator steg 1

Purpose and goal

By using the Produktionslyftet framework, with Green-Lean for resource-efficient, disruption-free, circular and resilient production, and coordinate development in several value chain companies, reduction of the value chain´s carbon footprint by 75% (2024-2035) can be reached. By developing resilience and inclusion in the production system, materials and personnel supply, the electricity components supply increase needed for 75% reduced carbon footprint for electricity infrastructure is ensured.

Expected effects and result

The main objective of step 1 is to 1. Describe & verify how a demonstrator of an Net Zero value chain can be built and 2. Prepare step 2: - Distribution via Produktionslyftet - Go see Demonstrator

Planned approach and implementation

The project is conducted in four work packages. First, the project will produce effect and activity metrics for verification of the stage 2 demonstrator. The project will follow ongoing PL-programs and based on this develop an expanded framework for a Sustainable value chain programme. A design and plan for the demonstrator is produced. Knowledge and experience are spread.
