Purpose and goal

We participated in SWII to create new contacts and with objective to introduce our activities for large companies that could become future customers or partners within development projects. It was implemented as intended and the goals were met by getting contacts with several important actors during the meeting, and having continued contact with a company after the meeting.

Expected results and effects

Our expectations were that companies in our potential customer segment would understand how our product/service can contribute to their activities. The positive thing about this is that there was an interest, but an important experience is the need to improve our dissemination of what we do. However, the most important result is strongly positive, an established contact with a large company that can become a future customer or partner.

Planned approach and implementation

An important part of our participation at SWII was the 3 minute pitch with all participants in the audience, here we had an unusual approach that aroused interest. However, the scheduled individual meetings and informal conversations during coffee breaks were even more important because they gave us the opportunity to ask questions to investigate the needs of potential customers.
