Important results from the project
The purpose of the project was to create knowledge about handling health data so that various innovation initiatives could receive support and guidance for their work. A first part of a health data guide was distributed as a PDF via social media and various conferences and provided feedback that led to an in-depth version that is published on the website halsodata.se. An expert panel has been formed with half a dozen selected experts in law, technology, informatics and more to discuss with Swelife´s innovation project and actors from the innovation support.
Expected long term effects
Six health data projects received concrete support from the health data guide and the work with it. Contacts with around twenty additional innovation initiatives/ projects have been carried out. The content of the health data guide is published on the website halsodata.se, which is initially managed by Swelife. Three sessions with an expert panel on health data have been held.
Approach and implementation
The publication of a first version of the health data guide created for innovation projects in health data was published in 221216 and after dissemination led to concrete far-reaching support for half a dozen project (PBF, HOPP, GDI, EUCAIM, TEF-Health, EDIH-HDS) and informal contacts with about 20 innovation initiatives. The needs that emerged generated a deepening of the guide which was then published on halsodata.se The three sessions held by the expert panel for health data generated both discussions as support for the visitors as well as continued input to the guide.
