Important results from the project
To plan and operationalize activities, in order to fulfil Swelife’s long term as well as short term goals, and in addition to this, management of the portfolio Competence and Capital.
Expected long term effects
A number of acitvities hasve been performed and deliverables are for example four open calls, etstablishment of a national network of regional coordinators, extended collaboration with other organizations for example Medtech4Health and organizational development.
Approach and implementation
The project activities can be structured into three main areas Competens, Capital and programme specific work. Examples of activities are development of Swelife Hands-on model (Competence), development and implementation of four open calls (Capital). Programme specific work deliverables include updated strategic plan, implementation of gender equality etc.
