Approach and implementation

We started work on the Swedish activities 13 months before the Congress . We had a Triple Helix approach so that the various actors in the field could meet, discuss and launch various cooperation projects . We kept the proposed plan, but in the end we had some challenges getting participating partners to support the project with the volumes that were planned. We should have had binding commitments for all stakeholders before the start of the project/activity. We had a positive result thanks to the Swedish Transport Administration / VINNOVA and ITS Sweden
