Purpose and goal
To find out if there is an interest in a study of reliability of new optical fibers and components in the applications where they are kept in service in new types of service environments.
Expected results and effects
It was found that some research institutes in Finland and Sweden were interested in the topic, But other tupes of partners are also needed: such as component manufacturers, system providers, etc.
