Purpose and goal

Bodens municipality, Rädda Barnen and RF SISU Norrbotten will together mobilize and identify more actors from civil society and develop a joint needs analysis that, among other things, identifies systemic problems and underlying causes. The project will develop a proposal for a formalized, proactive and sustainable collaboration model between Bodens municipality and civil society actors with a focus on public health and social sustainability.

Expected effects and result

We expect that through the project we will be able to create a picture of the needs and collaboration opportunities that exist in Boden municipality regarding future forms of meeting forums, dialogue and joint planned activities with civil society. Together we hope to be able to create a basic structure for continued cooperation between Boden municipality and civil society.

Planned approach and implementation

Three workshops will be conduceted: 1) Workshop. Brainstorming with project participants and reference group to identify current collaboration structures and identify why it is important to collaborate. Stakeholder analysis is carried out. 2) Workshop with actors from civil society, group discussions. 3) Workshop with project participants where the collected material is compiled and obstacles that have emerged are analyzed.
