Purpose and goal

The purpose and goal of the preparation phase was to design a koncept for an innovation process to promote innovation within the food industry. The projekt has succeeded in designing, testing and updating a process, while identifying a relevant target group in need of innovation.

Results and expected effects

The results and effects of the project are first expected as part of the execution of the project. However a large potential based on very positive feedback from both entrepreneurs and market-need identifiers. The preparation project succeeded in producing the requisite sales material and project contracts.

Approach and implementation

The preparation phase was completed during december and january, in close cooperation with relevant entrepreneurs and market-need identifiers. The parties have iterated through various koncepts, and contributed to a strong value proposition. Sales material and project contracts have been developed and tested with 10 entrepreneurs.
