Important results from the project
We have integrated sustainability into our business development and spread knowledge to other incubators. Through the trainee program, we have increased the proportion of female key people in early stage companies and by developing Venture Creation-erbjudandet, we are now accelerating research into scalable startups faster and more clearly. Through Genom Ignite and civil-military collaborations, we have created new arenas for innovation with a focus on supporting startups to their first deal.
Expected long term effects
The long-term effects of the program are that through long-term coaching we can take research results to scaling companies with potential to change the world. Through trainee programs and focused communication we also contribute to more equal ownership and company building, which in turn contributes to stronger and more sustainable companies.
Approach and implementation
The project has proceeded efficiently and well with the set timetable as a basis. Collaborations between different incubators have been strengthened during the project period and we have co-incubated more companies than before with several different actors, which has given the companies even better conditions and access to the right expertise at the right time.
